Who's up for a challenge?

I will be joining forces with my sister and Licensed Therapist Torri (@mstorri) from Getting to Happy Wellness for National Stress Awareness Month. Join us for a 11 Day Morning Movement Meditation to start your day in a stress free way. Movement opens up your body allowing it to naturally release endorphins (hormones) to release stress and improve your sense of well-being. Meditation opens up your mind, strengthening areas of your brain responsible for memory, self compassion and self awareness eliminating jumbled thoughts and experiences crowding your mind causing you stress.

A participant will be able to join us LIVE to have your stress concerns addressed by a Master Life Coach and Licensed Therapist.
